As VP of Business Development at Glam Media, Jennifer Salant is responsible for developing strategic relationships, including content & distribution partnerships, technology & service partnerships and other revenue generating alliances. She also handles development of GlamTV and the Tinker Distribution Network.
Salant joined Glam Media after more than seven years with iVillage, where she led the business development team and oversaw secondary advertising revenue, licensing agreements, and digital commerce. Earlier in her tenure at iVillage, she helped chart the company's strategic partnership efforts. Prior to joining iVillage, Salant was a business analyst for Mitchell Madison Group.
