Florent Peyre is Vice President, Business & Corporate Development, for Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S. (HFM U.S.), which owns leading brands including ELLE, ELLE DECOR, Woman’s Day, Car and Driver and Road & Track. Peyre works with senior management to select and implement strategic directions to meet financial objectives for the company. He supervises all aspects of business development for the Hachette Digital Group and oversees mergers and acquisitions for HFM U.S. Before joining HFM U.S. in December 2006, Peyre worked for the parent company Lagardère in Paris for 3 years and was in charge of mergers and acquisitions at the corporate level. Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Manager for Ernst & Young Audit in Paris from 2000 to 2003.
