As vice president of digital content for Meredith Corp., Dan Hickey has elevated Meredith’s digital brand extensions to a new level. He spearheaded the development of such groundbreaking social networking sites such as MixingBowl.com, which connects members around meals and meal planning; he also helped launch Momster.com, a digital extension of Family Circle, which targets moms seeking to go online and share information on raising tweens and teens. Since its launch, MixingBowl.com has added more than 70,000 Twitter followers and nearly 20,000 recipes. And he has been a catalyst in pushing the More brand into the social media with the More.com relaunch under the Real Girls Media Network, a site targeting women over 40.
