In the two decades since he founded Horizon Media, Bill Koenigsberg has grown his once-fledgling agency from a single floor of a New York office building into a marketing powerhouse with more than 450 employees, representing 90 clients worldwide. During a time when advertising spend has taken a serious hit due to an ailing economy, Koenigsberg has braved the obstacles and risen to the pinnacle of his profession.
