HealthSTAR Public Relations Hires Hayley Soffer, Executive Vice President

NEW YORK, May 15 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthSTAR Public Relations, LLC (HSPR) announced today that Hayley Soffer has joined the firm as an Executive Vice President.

Prior to joining HSPR, Soffer managed the healthcare practice at Publicis Consultants | PR (formerly Rowland Communications). She has 14 years of industry experience at agencies including Porter Novelli and Manning Salvage & Lee where she spent the majority of her career. She began her career at Makovsky & Company.
