NEW YORK, NY (June 12, 2008) -- More than 300 executives saluted the winners of min's Sales Executive of the Year Awards, recognizing outstanding media sales professionals for their ability to close top deals and lead their sales teams, even in a rough-and-tumble advertising environment.

The magazine and cable TV executives were honored at a sold-out “Breakfast of Champions” at the Grand Hyatt hosted by min and sponsored by Foster Reprints, Media Recruiting Group and SELF magazine.

The top sales executives of the year, as deemed by an independent panel of judges from the media buying and planning side, share the successful traits of putting their clients first, listening as much as selling, and delivering above and beyond the expectations of both their clients and their sales budgets.

At the awards breakfast, which featured presenters Margery Gladstone, Richard Porter, Jay Burzon and Steve Cohn, min also inducted these eight publishing executives into its Sales Hall of Fame:

The Hall of Fame inductees were recognized for their contributions over many years in the business, while the winning sales executives and leaders were saluted for outstanding sales achievements in the past year.
