Sunset Names Arieff Editor-At-Large

Sunset magazine, the western lifestyle magazine, named Allison Arieff editor-at-large. In this role, Arieff will write a new monthly column for Sunset on design changes shaping the West, which will debut in the September 2008 issue. Arieff currently writes the “By Design” column for the New York Times.

Prior to joining Sunset, Arieff was the Senior Content Lead for the global design and innovation firm, IDEO. From 2002 to 2006, she was the editor-in-chief of Dwell and was the magazine’s founding senior editor.
