Wilson Returns to EE Times to Lead Editorial ChargeFriday, July 2, 2010 After a four-year absence from the electronics industry information provider EE Times, Ron Wilson has returned to lead the brand’s editorial programs. Wilson will serve as director of content/media and oversee editorial direction for United Business Media's EE Times Group, which includes Embedded Systems Design magazine, Embedded.com, the Embedded Systems Conferences and EE Times’ global strategy for extending its conferences. Wilson had been with EE Times from 1991 to 2006. He has written technical journalism for a number of publications and served as publisher of ISO magazine. EE Times says that Wilson also created the first virtual event in 2002. Wilson takes over for the departing Richard Nass, who is joining the medical group at Canon Communications. EE Times serves over 1.1 million engineering professionals across a multitude of brands.
