Guideposts Names Celeste Hayes Associate PublisherTuesday, June 26, 2012 Decade-long veteran of Guideposts Celeste Hayes has been placed in a new position at the company of associate publisher. This will put  Hayes in charge of all ad sales for the publisher across the print magazine, the complementary Web site and other properties at the non-profit organization. She will replace Amy Molinero who is leaving the company and report to Guidepost SVP Rocco Martino. Hayes has been with Guideposts since 2001 and previously worked for Working woman magazine and BET Holdings’ Emerge magazine.
