Food Network Magazine Increases Its 2012 Rate Base to 1.4 MillionThursday, August 18, 2011 The impressive circulation momentum of Food Network--Hearst Magazines' print complement to the same-named cable network--continues with founding publisher (June/July 2009) Vicki Wellington's announcement that the rate base will With the magazine having started with a 400,000 rate base, the new guarantee will be 3.5 times that amount and the increase will be the sixth.
