Executive Shuffle At Dow JonesWednesday, June 20, 2012 Dow Jones announced a new “leadership structure” yesterday, which meant a lot of title changes and chair shifting on deck. Among the highest profile changes, the current GM of Wall Street Journal Digital Network Alisa Bowen is now head of product for Dow Jones. She will oversee products across media platforms and both consumer and enterprise facing audiences. At the same time, and reflective of the new role of data in publishing, the company has created a new department entitled Data Strategy. Joe Lanza moves to run that group. He also oversees the Financial Markets division for Dow Jones. A passel of other changes occur as a result of the moves. Former SVP of strategy Kelly Leach becomes managing director for Dow Jones for the Europe, Africa and Middle East markets. Jennifer Johns, now SVP of marketing becomes head of circulation.
