Anna Magzanyan Joins The Hollywood Reporter as VP/Marketing

Jan. 22 was the start of integrated marketing specialist Anna Magzanyan's stint as The Hollywood Reporter VP/marketing. The position is new, with the Los Angeles-based Magzanyan's mission being "to lead a major expansion of brand and marketing initiatives on all platforms of THR."
Magzanyan previously served as VP/strategic partnerships for the iHeartRadio unit of Clear Channel Radio. She also is a past Los Angeles Times Media Group VP/advertiser marketing and events, where she presided over a 200% increase in alternative revenue streams (events, integrated advertising strategies, and product developments). Credits include the Los Angeles Times' "Image" section, which was the catalyst for beauty, health and wellness events.
Says her boss, THR senior VP/publisher (since June 2011) Lynne Segall: "Anna's experience as an innovator and strategic marketer will help to accelerate the expansion of our consumer advertising business while retaining our...leadership position in the entertainment industry. We're thrilled to have [her] on board."
