ASME's 10 Cover of the Year Finalists

American Society of Magazine Editors has announced its cover of the year finalists, by category, as selected by Amazon.com customers. Winner will be selected by votes on Amazon.com/best covers through Sept. 30, with ASME president David Willey (Runner's World) making the announcement Oct. 14 during the Magazine Publishers of America's Magazine Innovation Summit in New York. Champ last year was New York magazine's March 24, 2008, "strategic placement" of the disgraced Eliot Spitzer's Brain.
