EW Picks Up 2008 Silver Bell Award

Entertainment Weekly was presented with Ad Council's 2008 Silver Bell Award at AMC in San Francisco this morning (Oct. 7). The award is given for outstanding Ad Council support. EW donated over $2 million last year. Past winners include Prevention and Sports Illustrated.

The Ad Council had implemented several new initiatives this year to draw attention to their causes, including distributing all print ads digitally through Adsend, amoung other things.
