Shakeup at Condé Nast

Three new SVPs will be reporting to Condé Nast president and CEO Chuck Townsend. Tom Florio, was VP and publishing director of Vogue, Men’s Vogue, and Vogue Living will now be SVP and publishing director and will also oversee Teen Vogue. Bill Wackermann, who was VP and publisher of Glamour, will now SVP and publishing director and will now also oversee the bridal media group. And Lou Cona, who had been VP and publisher of The New Yorker, will be SVP of the media group, reporting to media group prez, Richard Beckman.

Also, Drew Schutte, who had been publisher of Wired will now take over at The New Yorker. Launch publisher at Teen Vogue, Gina Sanders, will be taking over at Lucky as VP/publisher, where she will be replacing Sandy Golinkin, who is leaving the company. And David Carey, group president and publishing director of Condé Nast publications, will now also oversee Wired and the Golf Digest group in addition to the business media group.

Mitch Fox, who had been group president and publishing director of the Golf Digest group, the Fairchild fashion group, and the bridal media group, will be leaving the company. And, Amy Churgin, who had been SVP of corporate sales of the Condé Nast media group, will also be leaving the company.
