Wired EIC Scott Dadich Builds Editorial Management Team

Three month's into his assuming the role as Wired Editor in Chief, Scott Dadich has begun to build his own editorial management team, relying heavily on the talents of existing Wired staffers, some of whom are moving up the editorial ladder up in the wake of his promotion.
Jason Tanz has been promoted from New York Editor to Executive Editor. Prior to joining Wired, Tanz (pictured right) was a Senior Editor at Fortune and during his career has freelanced for a wide range of publications including Esquire, Spin, and The New York Times.
Robert Capps (pictured left) has been named Deputy Editor and will oversee all aspects Wired’s front of book. Capps, who had previously been Editor in Chief of MacAddict and an investigative reporting fellow at Salon.com, moves up from his previous Wired position of Articles Editor.
Adam Rogers has assumed Capps' former role as Articles Editor. Rogers will manage all content for the magazine's front of book and help to develop Wired's video strategy.
Mark McClusky, who had been Wired’s Special Projects Editor, will assume the position of Editorial Development Director. McClusky's responsibilities will include developing and building Wired’s technology platform, including initiatives on the web, tablet, and video.
Dadich has also announced that he plans to maintain the positions of several senior staffers as part of his editorial leadership team including Features Editor Mark Robinson, Director of Special Projects, Shoshana Berger, and Managing Editor Jacob Young.
