Condé Nast Buys a Minority Stake in FliteMonday, August 20, 2012 This morning (Aug. 20), Condé Nast president (since July 2010) Bob Sauerberg announced that the company was investing in Flite, the San Francisco-based cloud-based ad-platform that specializes in "building, measuring and updating interactive ads in real time"--that is, as they are posted.Per The New York Times (also Aug. 20), the CN stake is about 11%. Until the part-ownership, CN was a Flite client. Others using Flite run the spectrum from The Atlantic, Forbes and IDG to CBS, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, L'Oréal, Starcom Mediavest, Time Warner Cable and LinkedIn.
