Alanna Stang Named 'Whole Living' Editor-in-Chief
Monday, June 27, 2011
Martha Stewart Living executive editor Alanna Stang is moving intra-Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia with her June 27 promotion to Whole Living editor-in-chief. Predecessor (since Aug. 2000) Alexandra Postman is leaving, per Women's Wear Daily, to spend more time with her family.
Stang is a protégée of MSL editor-in-chief Pilar Guzmán, having also been her executive editor at Cookie, which shut down in October 2009. She starts on July 18.
Whole Living, which MSO acquired in 2005, was titled Body & Soul until June 2010.
