As we tracked November's digital traffic, of course it was all about food. Select food sites including Condé Nast Digital’s Bonappetit.com (+40.33% unique visitors in November) and Time Inc.’s Myrecipes.com (+31.73% UVs) captured all of those hunters for the perfect stuffing recipe. Bonappetit.com was benefiting from syndication of Thanksgiving content into Yahoo as well. For your February culinary delight, Bon Appetit has a slideshow of Super Bowl tasty snacks.

Parenting.com (+41.27% UVs), successfully situated itself in the flow of eyeballs gushing toward shopping sites. Parenting’s featured lists of the best toys and video games were the big winners for the month. Site executives say they grew audience by more than 150% in November and ended 2009 with two consecutive record-setting months. And over at WMAGAZINE.COM (+221.97% UVs), the stars attracted everyone’s gaze as 1.6 million page views went to a Demi Moore feature and roughly another 500,000 went to Lady Gaga.
