It has been a joint venture between HM and Winfrey's Harpo Print, LLC, since the May 2000 launch. That carried 166 ad pages with a 500,000 rate base. Current rate base is 2.4 million. Also, O publisher Jill Seelig will celebrate her 10th anniversary in July 2010. Editor (since July 2009) Susan Casey is the third to hold the job.
