Washington’s Finest Folds The Times chief revenue and marketing officer Tom Culligan said that the magazine no longer fits with the company’s overall objective: an “ongoing aggressive multimedia push into online, mobile devices, radio and television.” Washington’s Finest was a 72-page book that covered food, travel, health and beauty, style and celebrity.
