Majority of Marketers Using Social Media Lest there be any lingering misconception on this topic, more and more marketers are embracing social media as a gold mine in waiting, according to a new study. I'm surprised the figure is that high for businesses using social media (88%) because I've talked to several hundred business people in the past month and most are still "planning" to use SMM. However, I've been following Michael Stelzner on Twitter for a while so I'm comfortable with his results. Could be I find the numbers high since they're including blogs. I generally think "Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn" when talking about social media/networking.
