Chris Nolter is a senior writer covering telecommunications, media, entertainment and other subjects for The Deal. He has written extensively about the consolidation of network operators and the convergence of technologies and business paradigms that is reshaping those industries.
Before joining The Deal, he wrote for the New York Times Magazine, FT.com, RollingStone.com and Columbia Journalism Review, among other publications. Previously, Nolter produced live news broadcasts at CNN Financial Network. He was also the Web and publications editor at the Museum of the Moving Image in New York, which is examines the art, history, technique, and technology of film, television and digital media.
Nolter received his bachelors of art degree in English literature from Emory University.
