Carolyn Creekmore is Vice President, Client Services at Nielsen Online. In this role, Ms. Creekmore is responsible for leading our U.S. based Account Managers and SiteCensus Technical team, which includes defining and executing best practices for client training, support and communication. Previously, Ms. Creekmore was Senior Director of Media Analytics. With a focus on the online media landscape, she worked with leading online publishers to examine today's internet audience, including cross-media consumption behaviors and analyzing the potential impact of new media platforms and advertising initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Creekmore also spent several years at Nielsen Online in both sales and analytics. She has frequently been quoted across various media outlets, including The New York Times, Bloomberg News and The Los Angeles Times.
Before joining Nielsen Online, Ms. Creekmore served as Marketing Manager and Senior Strategic Analyst at Mail.com, Previously, she also served as Senior Sales Manager at Arbitron, where she worked with traditional radio conglomerates and leading ad agencies. She was a key resource in identifying measurement programs across emerging technology platforms such as XM Satellite Radio.
Ms. Creekmore earned her B.S. from the University of Miami and an M.S. at the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications, Syracuse University.
