Wednesday Is 'Project Runway Day'

Reality series Project Runway''s season 7 premiere is Thursday (Jan. 14) at 10 p.m. (Eastern) on Lifetime.  Hype comes Wednesday with the New York City declaration of Project Runway Day at 11:30 a.m. at the Needle Threading a Button statue on West 39th Street and Seventh Avenue. Lifetime president Andrea Wong will be there, as will Marie Claire VP/publisher Nancy Cardone (Hearst Magazines monthly is a partner) and designers/program judges Michael Kors and Nina Garcia.

Public is welcome, with freebies being distributed.
