Marie Claire Hits the Runway As fans of the show know, the winner of Project Runway receives a spread in Marie Claire, and the title's fashion director Nina Garcia is one of the judges. (She was not at the event.) The motto is, of course, "Either you are in or you are out." Marie Claire currently is "in" with advertisers; the September issue had an ad-page hike of 15.60% in 2010 compared to 2009.
