Food & Wine Celebrates Author and 'Top Chef' Gail SimmonsGail Simmons, who doubles as Food & Wine special projects director and host of Bravo's Top Chef: Just Desserts reality show, made it a "triple" on Feb. 21 with the release of her Hyperion-published memoir, Talking with My Mouth Full To celebrate, her Food & Wine and Bravo colleagues held a reception that night at New York City's Beauty & Essex. Nail-salon specialist Essie was the event's sponsor.
