Cooking Light Hosts "Ad Chef Showdown" Cooking Light hosts its first “Ad Chef Showdown” at the Institute of Culinary Education. Advertising agencies competed against each other in a cook-off, making recipes from the magazine’s June issue. The winning agency, Mindshare, went home with the title “Ad Chef 2010 Showdown Champion.”The participants (left to right) include: Steve Sachs, President, Time Inc.
