'Aspen Peak's' Snow Polo Party Argentina-born Nicolas Roldan is a polo superstar, having captained Prince Harry's charity team last summer in a charity tournament (pictured) in Bridgehampton, N.Y.But on Dec. 17, Roldan literally put a "chill" into his game by participating in a snow polo tournament in Aspen, Colo. Other than the elements, the game is the same, with the ponies, the "chukkers" and the wine-sipping après at the Aspen Peak-partnered party at the St. Regis Hotel.
