The editors at Self know a good woman when they see one...or three. At the first-ever Women Doing Good awards dinner, the magazine celebrated three women who work tirelessly to improve the lives of others. Hosted by Hoda Kotb, the ceremony was held at the Top of the Rock and boasted proud sponsors Maybelline New York and Kashi. The evening was wonderful and left our souls and our stomachs very satisfied.

The three honorees were:

  • Ann Cooper, F3: Food-Family-Farming Foundation
  • Dian Ross, First Book
  • Jennifer Goodman Linn, Memorial Sloan - Kettering Cancer Center

Kimberly Kelleher, Vice President & Publisher, SELF; Yung Moon, Associate Publisher-Creative Services, SELF; Dian Ross, Women Doing Good honoree; Lucy Danziger, Editor-in-Chief, SELF; Joy Bauer, SELF contributing nutritionist; and Hoda Kotb, cohost, Today show.

Women Doing Good honorees: Dian Ross, Ann Cooper and Jennifer Goodman Linn.
