It may be Graydon Carter's celebrity lair, but on Monday night it was all about Dave Zinczenko. The EIC of Men's Health took over Waverly Inn, the tiny West Village spot known less for its luxe mac 'n cheese than for its exclusivity (no known telephone number!), to celebrate his newest book, "Eat This, Not That." Said book is a guide on what fast- and pre-packaged foods will immediately end your life, and which will just shorten it dramatically. (Note: Big Macs are easier on your arteries than Whoppers.
Good to know.) Among those in attendance were a trio of Zinczenkos (the guest of honor, his brother Eric and their lovely mother), Laurel Touby (of Mediabistro and min magazine fame) and the delicious Padma Lakshmi (screw Salman Rushdie--the min Team will gladly worship the ground beneath her feet). The food was forgettable, the company was delightful, and the drinks flowed freely--all in all, not bad for a Monday.

Note on Photos: We whipped out our camera for some quick shots, but were told by the guest of honor that pics were off limits for the night.  C'est la vie.
