Last night, at Merc Bar, CITY Magazine celebrated the arrival of two new staffers, Eddie Brannan, the magazine’s new creative director, and Julie Ragolia, the magazine’s new fashion editor. Good music, a convenient location, sushi, and a fully-stocked open bar jammed the place with friends of the magazine’s and of the honorees. A bit of grumbling was overheard by the min Team about the ho-humness of CITY’s last affair, which was accidentally scheduled the same night as a Radar Mag party. But the showing last night, we’re certain, erased any doubts about the draw of might CITY. Conversation drowned out music, people drank, and—thank god—there were no speeches.

Enjoy the photos, minsiders.

Gunsberger again, with a Alexander ????, another CITY staffer.  If you know this man's last name, whisper it in a dream--we'll catch it and set this caption right.  Photo credit to the min Team.

UPDATE: Alexander Wolf, you are beloved.  Many people wrote in to tell us that you are a designer/production manager at the mag.  Another dream caught.
