Top 5 Consumer & b2b Ad Page Increases

On the b2b side, the top 20 b2b titles by percent gain is a miscellany of titles, led by Business Journals' Accessories Magazine, which has aggressively seized integrated marketing dollars lately. The title has gained 95.73% year-on-year in ad page sales YTD. Publisher Lorrie Frost notes that, "The June issue was a birthday party for Accessories," she says of the special issue that came out in conjunction with the event that celebrated a century of Accessories. "I hard-backed it into a book and sent it to 200 libraries nationwide. Advertisers knew I was going to hard back it--I think it had an effect and I knew everyone felt it was an issue that was going to be kept."
