Keith Grossman

Grossman kick-started off at WIRED as an intern from Cornell, and was so impressive he was hired on as an assistant. At age 24, he was the youngest person in Condé Nast history to win Sales Person of the Year on his way up the ladder to his current lofty title. Now 28, Keith is responsible for bringing $8.5 million net revenue to company.

Keith: “I always knew I wanted to work in advertising. I interned in the consumer marketing department at Condé Nast the summer leading into my junior year in college and within two weeks I was sold. That’s where I met Drew Schutte (the former publisher of WIRED, now heading up The New Yorker). He sat down and answered all my questions about publishing. I stayed in touch with him via email during my senior year at school and was invited to WIRED events. The next summer I interned at WIRED and, upon graduation, he provided me with my first job as a sales associate. Relationships are so important.
