Mark Seliger’s stunning image of Jennifer Aniston channeling her idol, Barbra Streisand, certainly turned our heads. The limited-edition gold cover, coupled with the silhouette image that reveals a classic Streisand hairstyle and those signature fingernails, is both elegant and imaginative.
The key to an eye-grabbing cover? "It’s about being inventive—seeing things in a different way—to produce an iconic image,” says editor-in-chief Glenda Bailey.
“The best ideas come about from conversation. It’s a question of coming up with an idea and then seeing how it can be interpreted." In this case, a star was certainly (re)born.
