min Official Contest RulesThese rules govern advertiser-sponsored Contests in Min. Information on how to enter individual contests, and the deadlines for doing so, can be found on the contest forms published in min. No purchase necessary and no cost to enter any Contest. Employees, agents or officers of Access Intelligence, the sponsoring advertiser or any entity involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of the Contest (“Contest Entities”) are ineligible to enter the Contest. Contests open to U.S. residents age 21 and older. Limit one entry per person per contest. All eligible correct entries will be entered into a random drawing to determine the winner. Unless otherwise stated, Contests include one round of entrants with one firm deadline and one winner. Odds of winning Contest are dependent on the number of eligible correct entries received. Winner will be notified within two weeks after the Contest deadline. Winner will receive the prize listed in the contest form. The sponsoring advertiser is solely responsible for administering and judging the Contest, notifying the winner and awarding prize. Contest Entities shall have no liability for any winner notification that is not received. If a potential winner cannot be reached despite reasonable efforts by the sponsoring advertiser, the prize is not accepted and/or the potential winner is determined to be ineligible, that potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries. Entrants agree that Contest Entities shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from: (i) acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of prize(s), (ii) participation in the Contest, (iii) individual, joint or collective technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, hardware and/or software, and/or (iv) any delay or distortion of an entry resulting from data transmissions that are garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that the Contest Entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer related to or resulting from the Contest and/or its prizes. The Contest Entities are not liable for damage to a user's computer system (including, without limitation, any server failure or lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction) due, either directly or indirectly, to an entrant's participation in the Contest or downloading of information in connection with the Contest. The Contest Entities reserve the right to modify or cancel the Contest in the event that any portion of any website used to administer any aspect of the Contest becomes technically corrupted. The Contest is sponsored by the advertiser or entity noted at the top of each contest as published in Min. Media Industry Newsletter, a publication of Access Intelligence, does not endorse the sponsor nor is it liable for the content or judging of the Contest or the gifts awarded by the advertiser. By participating in a Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Entities, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants further agree that Contest Entities, their affiliates, officers, employees, agents and representatives shall not be responsible for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest and/or from entrants’ acceptance or use any prize. |
