Last Monday (July 31), Ziff Davis announced that it has retained the services of Evercore Partners and Lehman Brothers as financial advisors to explore "strategic alternatives." This is a thinly veiled "for sale" sign. The announcement was buried in a press release titled "Ziff Davis Reports Second Quarter Results....
